Vendor Information for the
Pie Town Pie Festival

The following is information for prospective vendors.

You are invited to participate in the 34th Annual Pie Festival being held the 14th of September, 2013 in Jackson Park in Pie Town, New Mexico on Hwy 60.

 As Pie Festival continues to grow, we have made some changes. This year we will have both 10'x10' and 20'x20' spots available. Vendors are welcome to set up early starting at 4pm on Friday. You will be assigned a spot upon arrival. Sending your check and application by September 6th saves you A spot but there are no guarantees as to which spot. All food vendors (even those who sell jelly and fruit) MUST have a year-round or temporary Food Service Permit from the New Mexico Environmental Department.

Electric and water hookups are not available so please plan accordingly. For registered non-profit organizations we offer one free 10x10 spot. If a larger space is required, you may pay for it at the standard rate. For those still in the park after noon on Sunday, thank you for staying to help clean up.

You may set up the evening before if you wish. Do not set up on the basketball court, in the pavilion, or any place inside of the brightly-colored tape. There will be someone there to assist you getting into a location.

Fees:
Non-profit organization: No charge for a 10 x 10 section.
Arts and Crafts Spaces: $15.00 for each 10 x 10 section, $25.00 for each 20' by 20' section
Food Vendors: $100.00 *
