Vendor Information for the
Pie Town Pie Festival
The following is information for prospective vendors.
You are invited to participate in the 31st Annual Pie Festival being held the 10th of September, 2011 in Jackson Park in Pie Town, New Mexico on Hwy 60.
You may set up the evening before if you wish. Do not set up on the basketball court, in the pavilion, or any place inside of the brightly-colored tape.
If you have a truck, camper, RV, or a large concession stand, we want you along the fence by Hwy 60.
Fees:
Arts and Crafts Spaces: $25.00 for each 20' by 20' section
Food Vendors: $100.00 *
This year we are asking vendors to pay at the festival but advance reservations will still be accepted. If you need to pre-register send your check, along with a note stating who you are, what you will be selling, and how many 20' x 20' sections you will require to:

* All food vendors (even those who sell jelly and fruit) need either a year-round or temporary Food Service Permit from the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED). The Food Permit Application is available online, and you will find a list of NMED Field Offices here.
