Where is Pie Town?
Pie Town is located in Catron County in west-central New Mexico just west of the Continental Divide at nearly 8,000 feet elevation. It is on U.S. Highway 60, 80 miles west of Socorro, New Mexico and 70 miles east of Springerville, Arizona. How did Pie Town get its name?
It is also located along the Continental Divide Trail (CDT), a nonmotorized public backcountry trail along the full length of the Continental Divide from Canada to Mexico.
