The 2011 Pie Festival Schedule of Events

Any time: Vendors may arrive and begin set-up in the festival grounds. Please observe signs and markers, and keep the emergency lane clear.

All Day		Food and crafts vendors and Horse Shoes. There will be live entertainment all during the festival.
9:00 am to 10:30 am		Pie Baking Contest(enter 9:00 am at the Firehouse)
9:00 am		Pie Town Community Council souvenir sales begin
10:00 am		Pie Town Community Council "Pie Café" opens at the Concession Stand
11:00 am		Pie Judging begins in the Firehouse
11:00 am		Children's games begin
11:30 am		Crowning of the Pie Festival Queen
Noon		Winning pies will be on display in the pavilion
1:00 pm		Pie-eating contest for kids and adults
2:00 pm		Horned-toad races!
3:00 pm		Raffle prize drawing — names of the five winners will be drawn. You do not have to be present to win.
4:00 pm		Pie Town Community Council "Pie Café" and souvenir stands close
		Greg Collision and his bluegrass band will play off and on till the evening activties begin.
8:00 pm		Pie Auction; Bid on the Pie-Baking Contest winning entries in this benefit for the Pie Town Community Council.
8:00 pm to Midnight		Dance to Doug Figgs and the Cowboy Way in the pavilion.
