9:00am (ish) Kid Games sign up begins in the pavilion

      Stick Horse Rodeo Signup Begins at PTRA tent

      Pie eating contest signup begins at the pavilion

      Souvenir Stand opens in the Pavilion

      Pie Baking Contest entries accepted at the Firehouse

10:00am        Concession stand opens for pie sales!

      Kids' Games begin

10:30am  No more baking entries. Judging begins

      Keep an ear open for results at the park

12:00pm.       Kid's games end, Stick horse Rodeo continues! 

1:00pm           Pie eating contest at the basketball court

2:00pm           Horned Toad races at the basketball court

3:00pm           Crowning of the Pie Queen! 

4:00pm           Souvenir stand and Pie Stand close

4:30pm           Kareoke in the Pavilion*

8:00pm           Dance to The Country Jammers in the Pavilion*

Winning pies will be auctioned on the band breaks !!!!!

Any time: Vendors may arrive and begin setup on the festival grounds. Please observe signs and markers, and keep the emergency lane clear.

Pie Baking Contest (enter the Pie Town Firehouse at 9:00 am)

9:00 am

Pie Town Community Council "Pie Café" opens at the Concession Stand

11:00 am

Pie Judging begins in the Firehouse

11:00 am

Children's games and horseshoes start and continue throughout the day on the festival grounds near the pavilion

11:30 am

Join us in the Festival Pavilion for the Crowning of the Pie Festival Queen!


Winning pies will be on display in the pavilion

1:00 pm

Pie-eating contest for kids and adults in the pavilion

2:00 pm

Horned-toad races on the festival grounds!

3:00 pm

Raffle prize drawing in the pavilion. Names of the six winners will be drawn. You do not have to be present to win

4:00 pm

Pie Town Community Council "Pie Café" and souvenir stands close

5:00 pm

Entertainment off and one until the evening activities begin.

8:00 pm

Pie Auction in the pavilion.
Bid on the Pie Baking Contest winning entries. (All proceeds to benefit the Pie Town Community Council)

8:00 pm to Midnight Dance to Doug Figgs and the Cowboy Way in the Festival pavilion (no charge)
